The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1400 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a one (1) mile radius of Waldorf Marketplace, 3051 Waldorf Market Pl, Waldorf, MD 20603. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately three (3) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
