Description:
The City of Burlington (City) is seeking a qualied individual, rm, or partnership (consultant) to assist with developing Level of Service (LOS) standards for the City-s Fire and EMS services. In addition to identifying appropriate LOS standards, the project will also identify growth related capital improvements, such as equipment, vehicles, and facilities, needed to maintain LOS. The results of this project will be used to establish high level strategic priorities for the Fire and EMS Department. The project will also be used to support updates to the City-s comprehensive and capital improvement plans. Burlington is committed to using long-range planning, data analysis and research to inform strategic decision making. The consultant will be expected to support this commitment through the use of innovative strategies and high-quality work.
