- The City Of Charlotte Is Seeking A Qualified Company To Provide The Manufacturing, Application, Removal, And Repair, As Well As Inventory Management Of Vehicle Graphics For Various City Departments, Including The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (Cmpd), The Mecklenburg County SheriffΓ’ΒΒS Office (Mcso), The Charlotte Fire Department (Cfd), And Solid Waste Services (Sws). Some Key Expectations And Requirements Are Listed Below: Γ’ΒΒ’ The Volume Of Work Includes Approximately 200 Cmpd Vehicles And 50 Mcso Vehicles Annually. Γ’ΒΒ’ The Company Must Supply All Necessary Tools, Chemicals, And Related Materials, And Shall Utilize Only Approved Products, Parts, Brands, And Specifications. Γ’ΒΒ’ Designated Personnel Will Be Responsible For Sharing Service, Inventory, Availability, And Delivery Information, To Ensure Service Improvements, Contract Compliance, And To Address Any Other Relevant Issues. Γ’ΒΒ’ The Company Is Expected To Serve All Makes And Models Of Vehicles And Equipment Operated By The City, Without Exclusions Or Limitations. Γ’ΒΒ’ Services Include The Transportation Of Light And Medium Vehicles From Designated Storage Areas To The Worksite, Without Assistance From City Personnel. Γ’ΒΒ’ The Company Will Need To Provide Same-Day Or Next-Day Turnaround Service Upon Request For Emergency Or Exceptional Situations.
