Description:
The College Is Requesting A Cost To Remove Two (2) Ahus And Replace It With One (1) Vav Ahu (Refer To Plans). This Includes Control Changes And Conversion Of One Area To Full Vav With Supporting Unit. As Part Of This Project, The Contractor Will Be Expected To Modify Electrical Service And Integrate The New Units Into The Existing Building Automation System. The Building Is Served By Two (2) Constant Volume Hvac Units, Each With Wall Mount Thermostat And Humidistat And Each Are Dedicated To A Single Zone Inside The Building.
