Description:
The Airport Commission is commencing a Request for Proposals (RFP) process for the Fixed Base Operator Lease and Operating Agreement at San Francisco International Airport. The lease is comprised of one FBO location, approximately 12.76 acres, located on 1052 N Access Rd, San Francisco, CA 94128. The term is Twenty-Five (25) years plus one 5-years option to extend at the sole discretion of the Airport Commission. The Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) proposal is $20,000,000.00 and the rent is the higher of the MAG or the following minimum percentage rent (the amount proposed in each category must equal or exceed the percentage listed below): 100% of all Landing Fees; plus 30% of all Fuel Sales; plus 55% of all Aircraft Parking Fees; plus 40% of all Advertising Gross Revenues; plus 26% of all Other Gross Revenues; plus 1% (Fixed Fee) of the gross sales price received from the sale, which was initiated or completed at the Airport, of new and used general aviation aircraft.
