The Project Includes Construction Of Three Dental Exam Rooms, Two Primary Care Exam Rooms, One Eye Exam Room, Soiled, Clean And Sterile Rooms, Public And Staff Restrooms, Breakroom, Offices, Storage, Meeting Rooms, A Small Event Space, It Closet, And A Dental Mechanical Room.Scope Of Work Includes Limited Demolition, Roof Modifications For New Hvac, New Interior Partitions And Doors, Finishes, Ceilings, Lighting, Specialty Equipment And Connections, Plumbing And Floor Penetrations, New Rtus And Distribution, And New Electrical Systems. Add-Alternate Work Includes Stair Railing, Existing Restroom Upgrades, And A Pharmacy Build-Out.
