The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Delgado Community College 615 City Park AVE New Orleans LA 70119 to provide curriculum development enhancement, instructional training, coaching, personnel resources/instructors, and assessments/reporting statistics from an accredited post-secondary institution located in New Orleans, LA, for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS). will be posted to contracting opportunities from 10/06/2025 through 10/21/2025 under NAICS 541519 PSC U008. The period of performance shall be for twelve (12) months beginning December 1, 2025, to November 30, 2026 plus 4, 1 Year Option Periods. 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and Clause 52.217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract, applies. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement not later than 10/17/2025 at 10:00 AM CST, to kimberly.anderson6@va.gov .
