The Hvac Equipment Service At The Hargraves Community Center And Holmes Day Care In The Basement Of The Building Are At The End Of Their Useful Lives And Is Scheduled For Replacement. The Project Entails Replacement Of Three (3) Air-Handling Units, Two (2) Located In The Attic Serving The Main Floor, And One (1) Located In The Basement Mechanical Room Serving The Holmes Day Care In The Basement. The Project Will Also Include Two (2) Added Ahus, One (1) Located In The Attic Serving The First Floor Offices, And One (1) Located In A New Mechanical Room Located In The Basement Of Holmes Daycare For The Addition Of The Ahu System To Serve The Kitchen And Other Auxiliary Areas.
