The Iredell-Statesville Schools Board Of Education Is Requesting Qualifications For A Construction Manager At Risk For The Proposed New Elementary School/Parkertown Road Until 3:30Pm On January 17Th, 2025. The School Board Seeks The Professional Services Of A Construction Manager At Risk (Cmr) To Join The Team In The Schematic Design Phase To Provide Services For The Project Through Design, Construction And Post Acceptance. This Project Involves New Construction, With Site Improvements, Of A New Public Elementary School To Accommodate Between 600 And 1,000 Students. Spaces Include Classrooms For Kindergarten Through 5Th Grade, Child Nutrition/Cafeteria, Media Center, Gymnasium, Administration, And Support Spaces.
