Introduction
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is requesting information on the OCC-s News Brief, Clip Service and Analytics requirement.
This is a sources sought notice (SSN) only - it does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotes (RFQ). This SSN is issued solely for information of available sources and planning purposes, which does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFQ/RFP) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever.
The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this SSN. All costs associated with responding to this SSN will be solely at the Respondents- expense. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) charters, regulates, and supervises national banks, federal savings associations, and the federal branches and agencies of foreign banks. Headquartered in Washington, DC, the OCC is responsible for promoting and assuring the safety and soundness of the country-s system of federally chartered banks and maintaining its competitiveness, efficiency, integrity, and stability in the financial marketplace.
In furtherance of the OCC-s role of supervising the nation-s federally chartered banks, officials and staff members must start each day fully informed about important print and broadcast news, and social media postings, from across the nation related to the federal banking system.
