Description
The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) has a requirement for Distribution Transformers for its Casper Wyoming Field Office. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures is being utilized for this requirement.The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price, contract. Terms include FOB Destination to Casper, Wyoming. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 335311; The applicable Size Standard is 800 Employees. The solicitation (Request for Quotes) will be issued electronically on or about December 9, 2024 at the following site www.SAM.gov and www.fedconnect.net at which time all information and attachments regarding the RFQ will be posted. Contractor must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quote in order to be considered for award. Unique ID number is required for SAM registration.NOTE: Quotes shall be due by 2:00 p.m. MT, December 17,2024. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Kevin P.
