The Purpose Of This Bid Is To Establish A Convenience Contract Is To Acquire Promotional Items, Tradeshow Displays, Uniforms, Awards And Gifts That Are Branded With Nc State Or Its Logos To Be Vetted And Licensed. Successful Companies Will Apply For An Internal Campus Supplier License From Our Trademark Agency, Collegiate Licensing Company (Clc). The Intent Is To Provide A List Of Clc Licensed Suppliers For Our Campus Community To Use For Their Promotional Items For Internal Use. Course Materials And Other Non-Branded Print Material Providers Do Not Need To Be Licensed. Pricing For The Items Listed On The Bid Tabulation Sheet Will Be Evaluated To Determine The Best Offer For Award. Departments Will Request A Purchase Order Be Issued For Orders That Cost $5000 Or Higher. If An Order Is Under $5000, It Will Be Handled By The Department Via And No Purchase Order Will Be Issued. Contract May Be Awarded To Multiple Vendors, To Best Meet The Needs Of The University.
