The Purpose Of This Invitation For Bid Is To Procure, Install, And Integrate Audiovisual Systems For The Conference Center At Guilford Technical Community College (Gtcc). The Awarded Contractor Will Be Responsible For The End-To-End Implementation Of The Av Systems, Including Project Management, Equipment Procurement, Installation, System Configuration, Testing, And Final Documentation. Additionally, The Contractor Will Provide Training And Support To Ensure Proper Operation And Maintenance Of The Installed Systems. The Av Systems Will Be Used To Enhance Presentations, Meetings, And Events Hosted At The Conference Center, Supporting A High-Quality And Seamless Audiovisual Experience. The Project Must Be Completed Within The Agreed-Upon Timeline, With All Work Meeting Specified Functional, Technical, And Quality Requirements. Goods And Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of This Ifb.
