This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. NAICS 237990, Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The solicitation number, W912P825B0048, will issue as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) resulting in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. Actual issue date and anticipated bid opening date will be shown when the solicitation is issued.
All qualified business concerns may submit bids. Offers from large business forms must comply with FAR 19.7 and FAR clause 52.219-9 regarding the requirement for submission of a subcontracting plan.
The work consists construction of large bore utilities, concrete pipe, and steel pipe piles installation, sheet pile installation and temporary retaining structure construction, clearing and grubbing, excavation and backfill, utility relocations, sewer lines, water lines; electrical feeders, and other incidental work.
The estimated value of this work is between $25,000,000 and $100,000,000.
