The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and constructing the large bore utilities crossing over Florida and Peoples Canals, and under Norfolk Southern railroad tracks in Orleans Parish, Louisiana. Principal features of the work include clearing and grubbing, demolition, excavation, backfill, construction of the temporary retaining structures, dewatering, water control,relocation and reconstruction of large bore utilities, traffic control, erosion control, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection.
