The Selected Consultant Will Provide Strategic Guidance To Ensure The Rfp Process Aligns With The UniversityâS Mission, Meets The Evolving Needs Of Students, Faculty, Staff, And Visitors, And Optimizes The Student Stores' Operations, Merchandise Offerings, And Service Innovations.Unc-Chapel Hill Serves A Community Of Over Fifty Thousand Students, Faculty, And Staff. The Student Stores Provide Essential Academic Materials, Branded Merchandise, Convenience Items, And Technology Products. With Projected Enrollment Growth Of 5,000 Undergraduates Over The Next Ten Years, There Is A Need To Assess And Expand Services To Ensure Accessibility, Affordability, And Relevance Of The Offerings. Our Goal Is To Identify A Suitable Vendor And Increase Revenue Streams To Support University Initiatives. We Are Seeking A Campus Bookstore Consultant To Guide Us Through The Rfp Process To Select New Vendors That Will Meet These Evolving Needs.
