The 60th Diagnostics and Therapeutics Squadron (60 MDTS) / Interventional Radiology requires Yttrium-90, TheraSphere for the radiotherapy treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and secondary tumors to the liver. TheraSphere consists of millions of microscopic, radioactive microspheres that are infused into arteries that supply the liver tumors.

This request for information (RFI) is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as a Request For Quote (RFQ) or a Request For Proposal (RFP), or promise to use as a future RFQ or RFP.
This request for Information(RFI) is to determine the availability of businesses to include small businesss(including the following subsets, Small Diasaventaged Businesses, BUHZones Firms: Cetified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and Women Owned Small Business) to provide the required products and /or services.
This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Air Force is not currently seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI wil be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not prelude participation in the future RFQ, if issued.
