A 24/7 support hotline and VPN setup, approved by the facility ISO, must be included. The contractor shall supply all necessary labor, tools, parts, and expertise in compliance with OEM and government requirements.Estimated Period of Performance: 02/01/2025-01/31/2030.This requirement will have a base year with four one-year option periods.Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement.
