THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! This is a Sole Source with QTech Solutions, Inc. IAW FAR 13.501(a)(2)(i). IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) TriStar is the only source capable of fulfilling the Government's requirement of the for ThingWorx Application Support Renewal. The TDMD has an ongoing requirement to support the DEVCOM AvMC Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system that provides center-wide engineering data management support for various R&D efforts. The resources being requested will allow for content management and provide guidance design to maximize the value of our products and data.
