This Project Will Be Phase 1 For Summer 2025 To Include: Remove And Dispose Existing Hvac Hydronic Pipe Insulation. Reinsulate Pipe Per Specification. Piping To Be Reinsulated In This Phase Shall Be From The Mechanical Room / Stage Wall Routed Through Cafeteria Through The Back Hallway. Remove Drywall At Skylights (Framing To Remain) And Partial Area Of The Stage Ceiling Per Insulation Contractor To Gain Access To Hvac Hydronic Piping. Replace Drywall Ceilings, Lightwells, And Repaint. Acoustical Ceiling Tile And Grid To Be Completed Under A Separate Contract. Cumberland County Schools Will Provide Existing Construction Drawings, Overall Floor Plan Of The Project Area, Pipe Insulation Specifications. The Contractor Will Be Responsible To Verify Exact Horizontal And Vertical Pipe Locations.
