ASRC Federal Field Services, LLC (AFFS) on behalf of the Governement at Vance AFB, is requesting quotes for a Firm Fixed Price service for three (3) Resiliency Retreats for couples and/or families.
Please see Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the detailed description list and quotes will need to be priced according to PWS.
Offerors will need to have quotes emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil NLT 10/22/2025 at 11:00 am. No late offers will be excepted.
Questions will need to be submitted no later than 10/10/25.
Since this will be awarded by AFFS, attached are forms that will need to be reviewed and completed prior to an award made.
