Response Due Date : 3/26/2021
Solicitation Description : Sealed Request for Proposals (RFP) for Texas Tech University ("TTU") 2021-978 Ticket and Parking Pass Printing will be received electronically at site listed below until 3:00 PM Central, Friday, March 26, 2021. Electronic submission is the mandatory submittal method. TTU is seeking (“Proposals”) from qualified (“Proposers”) in order to satisfy TTU-s ticketing needs including, but not limited to, suite tickets, parking pass books, parking hangtags, individual game ticket stock, and thermal ticket stock. Season ticket printing is not included in this RFP. The ticketing (“Services”) required include, but are not limited to, printing, composition, plate making, numbering, die cutting, slitting, fanfolds, packaging, individualized mailing, and mass delivery FOB TTU campus as detailed in this RFP. Responses received after the opening time and date will be rejected as non-responsive.
