You are invited to submit a quote to the Iowa Army National Guard for tie-down chains with clevis grab hooks.
FAR Clause 52.232-18, “Availability of Funds” applies to this acquisition. Contractor may read the full-text clause in Attachment 1 - Provisions and Clauses. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No purchase order award will be issued until appropriated funds are made available.
All specifications of the tie-down chains with clevis grab hooks shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics (specifications) indicated below. Those specifications which do not meet the minimum salient characteristics shall be identified as a deviation to the requirement, and the technical specifications of the proposed deviation shall be provided in writing as an attachment to the quote.

3/8" X 10' Grade 70 Transport Chain w/ Clevis Grab Hooks
Chain Size - 3/8 inch. Length - minimum of 9 ½ feat, maximum of 10 feet. Finish: Yellow Zinc Chromate Grade: 70 Clevis Grab Hook on both ends or chain. Shall be made of carbon steel. Working load limit: 6,600 lbs. Break strength: 26,400 lbs.Attachments:
