The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement; LANTIME M3000 NTP Time Server & Synchronization Platform and Spares 1 LOT. This requirement is sole sourced to Meinberg USA Inc., 100 Stony Point Road #110160, Santa Rosa, CA 95401 as they are the only vendor to provide these parts that already being utilized in infrastructure. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to Terryl Mitchell at terryl.n.mitchell.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893623Q0108 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
