- The Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, etc. for Tindall Park Tennis Courts Improvements Project including removal and disposal of vegetation, trees, tree trimming, court material, curb, walks, and existing fencing. The project will consist of grading, drainage improvements, construction of athletic courts, concrete walkways, retaining walls, sports lighting, curbing, and the partial milling and overlay of the paved parking lot and roadway, as well as other improvements detailed herein. The project includes the reconstruction of 16 existing tennis courts into 12 tennis courts and 6 pickleball courts.
