After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB - 8(a) contractor Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. Your RSVP email must be received 2:00pm CT on 22 April 2025. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access.
You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose.
The Initial Site Visit will be held on Thursday, 24 April 2025, at 09:30am at Building 3707, Tinker AFB OK 73145. Everyone will meet at the main enterance on the south side of the building. If you require base access, you must include the EAL when sending your RSVP response. We must receive the EAL with names and information so we know who all requires base access.
