Only the GCs that submitted a Technically Acceptable technical proposal will be able to continue forward to the award.
1. Please provide a Firm Fixed Price bid in accordance with (IAW) the above-referenced solicitation. Request Price Bid to be valid til 30 November 2025.
2. The price bid shall be IAW the subject RFP (as amended), Instructions to Bidders, Evaluation Factors for Award.
3. The Period of Performance (PoP) shall be in accordance with the subject solicitation.
4. Bidders are hereby reminded of the NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment requirements included n DFARS 252.204-7020 and 252.204-7012. Bidders shall provide a plan of action and plan completion date if your score for the basic assessment summary score is below 110.
5. IAW FAR 52.214-25 - Two-Step Sealed Bidding, Invitations for Bids issued under Step Two of Two-Step Sealed Bidding, the Bidder shall comply with the specifications in the Bidder-s technical proposal.
6. Please provide the price bid for the subject effort to the Government no later than August 11, 2025 at 2:00PM Central via DoD Safe as stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The bid opening process will take place on Microsoft Teams (date and time will be posted on SAM.gov) with all technically acceptable bidders present.
