A letter of Withdrawal of Request for Price Bid has been provided to each current offeror. Any additional RFIs need to be submitted to the CS and CO not later than 19 August 2025 by 2:00pm CT. Content of leter:
1. This letter is for the withdrawal of the request for price bid and to revert back into Step-One.
2. Reverting back into Step-One is being conducted due to several offerors have apprehensions that there are additional questions/concerns that need to be addressed as request for information (RFI) and are needed before continuing with Step-Two and providing price bids.
3. At this time, if any offeror(s) have additional questions or concerns, please submit them as RFIs. Submission of additional RFIs are due 19 August 2025 by 2:00pm CT. After RFI government responses are posted a date/time will be stated for the submission of a revised technical proposal for evaluation.
4. As a reminder to the offeror, 2-Step Sealed Bidding process is as follows:
Step-One - conduct the initial site visit with prime contractors (offerors) and their subcontractors. After the initial site visit the offeror(s) are to submit RFIs for a government response. RFI government responses will be provided to the offeror(s), any questions or concerns of the responses should be addressed as a follow on RFI. Once the RFIs have been provided to the offeror(s), a request for technical proposal (RFTP) will be sent to the offeror(s) to submit the technical proposal to the government contracting office. Technical proposals are not to have any pricing, unit nor total, but does need to have all material and quantiles as required for any proposal. At this time, no additional RFIs are to be submitted.
