Description:
ACUA is accepting proposals for heavy duty vehicle tire management services including but not limited to: requests for road service, retreading and repairing of existing ACUA tires. Tires to be retreaded, repaired, mounted and dismounted are located at 6700 Delilah Road, Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey at the ACUA Maintenance Center, Building #3, and 169 Jesse Bridge Road, Rosenhayn, NJ at the CCIA Fleet Maintenance Center.Vendors must bid on all categories and tires listed on ACUA proposal sheet. Failure to do so will result in rejection of bid. Quantities are estimated yearly purchases. The ACUA does not guarantee purchase of the total quantity. Purchases are on an “as needed basis” for ACUA use.Prices listed on proposal sheet are binding for the duration of the contract. The successful vendor cannot add any new costs to tires or categories after contract is awarded.The tires listed on the Proposal Sheet are the tires that the ACUA currently retreads. ACUA has the right to add new tires to the list if new vehicles are added to the ACUA Fleet. ACUA is not obligated to add these new tires to the existing contract if the ACUA is not in agreement with costs to be charged for repairs or retreading.
