ses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted. PURPOSE. The purpose of the Solicitation is to contract with Responder(s) to provide Tires: Specialty and Special Use (including Tires, Tubes and Related Services) for State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as-needed basis. The awarded contract(s) will be used for specialty tires, special use tires and tire sizes which are not available on Contract Release T-740(5) Tires: Automobile, Police and Passenger Vehicles, Light and Heavy-Duty Trucks, Trailer, and Tractor (Tires, Tubes and Related Service).
