12. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to solicit the NSNs listed below for an Indefinite Delivery long-term contract. These items are spare parts for Wheeled Vehicles, and WILWOOD ENGINEERING (04XS7), and AM GENERAL LLC. (34623) are the approved sources. DLA Land & Maritime does NOT have any technical data with which to procure these items.
The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five (5) years.
While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
Interested sources may submit the appropriate information outlined in DLAD Procurement Note L04, Offers for Part Numbered Items at this time and until the solicitation synopsis closes. Alternate offer packages may also be submitted at any other time to be considered for future procurements. The agency has no data with which to evaluate alternate products.
