This requirement is conducted under the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 13.106-1(b) and FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. Firms who desire to challenge this sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm-s ability to provide an equivalent service as described below (Provide follow-on Title III Services resulting from the award based on previous Title I Services for the same project). Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond to the synopsis by August 18, 2025, 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) to Edward Dingle, Email: edward_dingle@nps.gov. National Park Service intends to negotiate a firm fixed price purchase order with Lord, Aeck, & Sargent, Inc., 1175 Peachtree Street, NE Suite 2400 Atlanta, Georgia 30361. The NAICS Code is 541310, Architectural Services. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE QUOTES, and no solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification to edward_dingle@nps.gov no later than August 18, 2025, 1:00pm EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements attached. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
