Description
The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of Acquisition Management on behalf of Homeland Security Investigations intends to exercise the option to extend services under FAR 52.217-8, "Option to Extend Services," for Contract 70CMSD24FR0000106 with The KACE Company, LLC. This extension will allow for continued performance of Title III Translation and Transcription Services for a period of up to six months, as permitted under the terms of the contract.
The extension is necessary to ensure uninterrupted service while the recompete contract finalizes evaluations and transition of services to a new vendor can ensure operational needs are met. The period of performance for the extension is anticipated to begin on September 3, 2025 and end on March 2, 2026.
This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201 and is not a request for proposals or quotes. No solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice. This is a notification of the Government's intent to exercise the option to extend services under the existing contract.
