Description
-This requirement is for a Firm Fixed Price service contract and will be conducted in accordane with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items), and Parts 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). "This requirement is a Total 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 811210".
-The award will be based on best value to the Government, considering price, technical and performance, to the responsible offeror otherwise conforming to all solicitation requirements. The Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price bidder.
-To be considered for award, offerors must propose their pricing for all the CLINs listed in the SF1449 (Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four).
-OFFEROR MUST ALSO COMPLETE FAR PROVISION 52.204-24 AND FAR PROVISION 52.204-26 AND SUBMIT WITH QUOTE.
-All submissions shall be submitted by email to kristen.zigmont.civ@army.mil by the date and time specified in the solicitation. Submissions shall include a signed copy of the SF 1449 solicitation filled in with pricing for all CLINs, period of performance dates and all other items listed above. Submissions not including all of these items may not be accepted.
-Submissions not received by the date and time specified in the solicitation or not providing all of the required documentation, may not be considered for award. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to verify that their submission, to include all attachments, was received by the date and time specified in the solicitation.
