52.212-2 EVALUATION - COMMERCIAL ITEMS
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
Technical, Must be local vendor in the Memphis, TN area. Must be able to provide meals on time and abide by the changes daily. Daily Counts could change at ANYTIME. No Food Trucks will be accepted. Vendor must be an established meal provider and able to accommodate 150 Breakfast, 150 Lunch, and 150 Dinners on a daily basis. A Midnight meal maybe requested, please price on the Meal Roster. Please fill in ALL of the MEAL tabs for pricing. Must have NAICS Code of 722320 Caterers.
