The Contractor shall provide the specified TOMManikin Blast - Item #93-0036. See Justification document for specifiied salient characteristics.
Questions and Government Response: All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted no later than 9:00 A.M. CST, September 16, 2025. Any questions that are received in conjunction with this solicitation and the corresponding responses by the Government will be posted as an Amendment to System for Award Management (SAM), website: www.sam.gov.
