This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for marine buoy maintenance on the Ketchikan Misty-Fjord Ranger District (KMRD) and Prince of Wales (POWRD) Ranger Districts.
Outline of Services: This project consists of the following requirements:
Lifting the anchors, clean, inspect and photo the condition. Replacing entire buoy chain, zincs, shackles, stainless steel wire, ties, and reflective tape.
