The United States Space Force Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Sensing portfolio intends to issue a solicitation for Tools, Applications, and Processing (TAP) Laboratory and Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Battlespace Awareness Center (OBAC) Support Services (TLOSS) Transition Out Services not before 15 days after the posting of this Notice of Proposed Contract Action. For this acquisition, the NAICS code is 541715 and this is a modification to an existing contract for additional supplies or services.
The original contract did not include FAR Clause 52.237-3, Continuity of Services or any transition requirements in the PWS requiring the incumbent TLOSS contractor to furnish phasein, phase-out services with the successor.
