Description
This is the Pre-solicitation announcement. The solicitation will be issued on or about 15 days from the posting of this notice.
This acquisition is being solicited under Request for Quotes (RFP) W912C325RA008 NAICS code is 237310 with a size standard of $45 Million. The government anticipates competing this requirement as a total small business set-aside but reserves the right to further set it aside to other socio-economic programs."
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, MICC-Fort Buchanan has a requirement for a Two-phase design & build project IAW FAR subpart 36.3; to repair the Toro Creek bridge/box culvert (Fac. #900). The project includes but is not limited to the repair of the central reinforced concrete support of the Toro Creek bridge/box culvert; repair and re-attach existing steel security gate to culvert, design and construction of two retaining walls and a new trash rack control structure, repair lateral existing gabion walls upstream the culvert area affected by new construction of retaining walls, and associated tasks required for project completion.
All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under this solicitation.
The phase one solicitation W912C325RA008 will be available on or about 14 July 2025 with a first phase closing date of on or about 11 August 2025.
