**Attention PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING**Revisions have been made to the Statement of Work since the last notification that posted on SAM under ID N3904025RCPNSY400T4297. The number of laborers has decreased by two (2) from twenty (20) to eighteen (18). Labor hours, the hours have been adjusted. Overtime Hours, the overtime hours for Laborers is listed as 50% with Supervisors at 100%. This is not expected to be exact. This was calculated using a formula from previous contracts to satisfy the need for Supervisors meeting the standards set forth in the Statement of Work, and provide the ability to supervise multiple laborers doing overtime on separate days. The requirement for Supervisors to have the same qualifications and certifications as laborers has been revised and the request for Supervisors to possess and active C-7 or NAVSEA equivelant has been change to only requiring supervisor to have taken the C-7 Certification or NAVSEA equivalent previously. Documentation of this still must be provided. **Documentation note**- As mentioned in the previous special notices **ALL PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED THROUGH PIEE SOLICITATION MODULE **THIS IS THE ONLY AUTHORIZED METHOD OF SUBMISSION**.
