Once posted all subsequent information will be found in sections L & M of the SF-33 Solicitation Document. These sections are located at the bottom of the SF-33. Note any common missed items, corrections and lessons learned that could and may result in discussions can/will significantly impact the evaluation of your submitted proposals.
Proposals and revisions of proposals shall be submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module. **This is the only authorized method of submission** No other methods will be accepted. RESUMES SHALL LIST DATES USING BOTH MONTHS AND YEARS.
Resumes shall clearly demonstrate that the Staff possesses the qualifications and experience required for their designated positions. Note, Resumes for Tradesperson must reflect the experience required under the requested Trade SOW section. Resumes for On-Site Supervisors must reflect the same experience, training, and qualifications as the Tradesperson (SOW ) and 5 years experience supervising that Trade (SOW). These periods of experience cannot overlap. The resume for the Program Manager shall reflect the experience in SOW.
