TOWN OF ESSEXROUTE 15 WATERLINE UPGRADE CONTRACT NO. 1ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed Bids for the construction of the Route 15 Waterline Upgrade, Contract No. 1 will be received by the Town of Essex at the office located at 81 Main Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452, until 1:00 PM local time on December 22th, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing approximately 2,235 linear feet of new 12” PVC waterline on Route 15 from Billie Butler Drive to Essex Way. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be as indicated in the Bid Form.A pre-bid conference will be held at 9:30 AM local time on December 12, 2023 at the Essex Town Office, 81 Main Street, Essex Junction, VT 05452. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly encouraged but is not mandatory.The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Blueprints, Etc, 20 Farrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, (802) 656-4503. Prospective Bidders may examine and/or obtain the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, at a cost of $200.00 per set, plus shipping. Upon Issuing Office-s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via Bidder-s choice of available delivery methods.
