  • ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS TOWN OF HARTFORD, VERMONT CSO ABATEMENT PROJECTS CONTRACT NO. 1 General Notice Sealed Bids for the construction of the Hartford CSO Abatement Projects will be received by the Town of Hartford at the office of the Town Manager at 171 Bridge Street, White River Junction, VT 05001 until 1:00 PM local time on November 12th, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicted in the Bid Form. The Project includes the following Work: Hartford Avenue: Replace an existing catch basin with a new drywell catch basin. Bullard Street: Construction of 5 new stormwater drainage structures and approximately 320 linear feet of new 15” PE stormdrain. Passumpsic Avenue: Replace an existing catch basin with a new drywell catch basin. Winter Street: Replace an existing catch basin with a new drywell catch basin. Lower Hyde Park: Replace and existing catch basin with a new drywell catch basin. Chambers Lane: Construction of 3 new stormwater drainage structures and approximately 75 linear feet of new 15” PE stormdrain. Obtaining the Bidding Documents The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Blueprints, Etc, 20 Ferrell Street, South Burlington, VT 05403, (802) 865-4503. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
