The Town Views Surf Club As An Invaluable Community Asset And Believes It Positively Influences Property Values, Economic Development, Vibrancy And Reinforces The Identity Of Madison As A Desirable Community In Which To Live, Work And Play. Inclusions In The Master Plan Will Include But Are Not Limited To Buildings, Road Ways, Parking, Entrances And Exits To Surf Club And Site Layout.A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting Will Be Held On Monday, April 21St, 2025 At 10Am At The Madison Surf Club, 87 Surf Club Road, Madison, Ct 06443.
