- Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2025 Municipal Paving Contract will be received by the Town of Middlebury, Vermont, at the Public Works Building on 1020 Route 7 South Middlebury, VT 05753, until 10:00 a.m. local time on June 27th, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of rehabilitating Halladay Road, including road reclamation, ditching, full depth pavement reconstruction, and areas of shim and overlay. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Schedule.
