All bids must be received in person as sealed and clearly marked “SEALED BID - SOUTHWEST 0.5 MG ELEVATED STORAGE TANK” and returned to the Town of Northlake, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, TX 76226, prior to 2:00 PM, CDST, Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Town of Northlake reserves the right to reject any or all bids received in its sole discretion for any reason or no reason. No responses should be submitted through the OpenGov eProcurement portal.The Contract Documents may be examined or obtained on-line by visiting the Town of Northlake-s Purchasing website at http://www.town.northlake.tx.us/Bids and clicking on the link to the advertised project.
