Separate, Sealed Bids Will Be Received For Furnishing All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Incidentals Necessary For The Installation Of The Fy 2024 And 2025 Local Maintenance And Improvement Grant (lmig), And Fy 2024 And 2025 Local Road Assistance (lra) Funding, Leveling And Resurfacing Improvements On South Henry Street And Sawmill Road Located In The Town Of Alapaha, Georgia Until 2:00 Pm (local Time), Wednesday, October 15, 2025 At Which Time Bids Will Be Opened And Read. The Meeting Will Be Held At The Town Of Alapaha, City Hall Complex And Will Be Opened To The Public. Proposals Can Be Mailed Or Delivered To The Attention Of Tina Baldree, City Clerk, Town Of Alapaha, P. O. Box 385 Or 112 Nw Railroad Street, Alapaha, Georgia 31622. Proposals Received After The Designated Time Will Not Be Considered. The Town Of Alapaha May Select A Successful Low Bidder After Evaluation Of All Bids. The Scope Of Work Includes: Leveling And Resurfacing Improvements To South Henry Street And Sawmill Road (0.162 Miles).
