Facility Is Compliant With All Local Health District Requirements. Low Rental At $250/Month, Utilities Paid By Town. Respondents Are To Create A Menu For Town Approval, At Prices That Are Deemed Reasonable To Our Community, Visitors And Students. Operator Will Select, Order And Stock First Quality Wholesome Food And Beverages, Sell And Prepare Same.
