The Project Consists Of Providing All Labor, Equipment, And Materials Necessary For The Replacement Of A Portion Of The Roof At The Farmington Police Facility Located At 319 New Britain Avenue, Unionville, Ct 06085. Contractor Shall Be Responsible For Payment Of Not Less Than The State Prevailing Wage Rates, As Specified In The Contract Documents.Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied By A Certified Check, Bid Bond, Treasurer 2019S Check Or Cashier 2019S Check Issued By A Responsible Bank, Trust Or Surety Company Made Payable To The Town Of Farmington In An Amount Equal To Five Percent (5%) Of The Bidder 2019S Bid. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting Will Be Held On November 14, 2025, At 10:00 A.M. At The Police Facility, 319 New Britain Avenue, Unionville, Ct 06085.
