- Town Of Princeville Is Soliciting Qualifications From Qualified Companies, Interested In Providing Repairs To Our Historical Museum In Accordance With The Specified Specifications Listed Within The Bid Document. The Town Of Princeville Will Follow A Qualifications Based Selection Process As Required By North Carolina General Statutes. Scope Of Work: The Town Of Princeville Intends To Utilize A Contractor To Repair The Princeville Museum Building Located At On 310 Mutual Bld. Princeville, Nc And Bring It Back To Pre-Disaster Footprint, Design And Function. Work Will Be Conducted Throughout The (67รขยย9รขยย X 40รขยย9รขยย) Historical Museum. The Work Will Include Using The Salvage Oak Flooring And Purchasing An In Kind Flooring When Additional Flooring Is Needed. The Work Includes Restoring All Damage Items Back With In Kind Material And When/ If Material Is Not Available The Contractor Will Work With The Town Of Princeville To Contract The Historical Department, State And Federal To Insure Material Meets The Required Historical Requirements. The Repair Work Will Include The Repair Of The Following Rooms:
